J’s Naked Portraits at home Atlanta, GA

At first, J was a little nervous about her session… she wanted to gift the portraits to her husband and she found out about our sessions through a girlfriend. Everyone loved her friend’s portraits: she described them as being naughty, but not so much that you wouldn’t share with mom. She had friends over during her session, for jokes and laughter, and soon everyone was enjoying themselves. Naked sessions are about feeling sexy and confident and J really brought it to the table. We rocked out these portraits for J and made a perfect session to share with the hubby! Awesome.

E and C’s Naked portraits, at home in a loft in Atlanta

We had such a fun time shooting E and C’s boudoir Session… Faith and I used mostly natural light in their downtown loft (at home) and moved between the window, the bed and even the floor for a variety of great textures. We were really happy with the intimate, but reserved nature of these bedroom images.

E’s portraits were a gift for her husband for their first wedding anniversary… what a wonderful gift idea!! On the night of their anniversary, they watched their slideshow together. Here is E’s retelling of W, her husband’s reaction… ” W doesn’t know how he’s going to pick just 10 for the book. He wants all of them he says! Soooo glad we did the ones on the roof too b/c those are some of my favorites! They are super artsy, which I love! W said when I mentioned this a while back he was worried they were going to be cheesy but he absolutely loves them and thinks you did an awesome job!” … never fear… they are fun to do, and the hubby loves them!!

C mostly came along for E’s support… but she was excited about making images to celebrate herself. This is actually our second most popular reason people come to do boudoir portraits… to honor being alive and feeling great! We made images for her that are really graphic and modern, with a real emotional pull. Very excited to release these sessions!! Thanks ladies!!

S and J’s Naked session, at home, in alpharetta

We are thrilled with the idea of shooting these portraits in a natural environment… Faith and I met up with S and J at home in the early afternoon around 3. we used a variety of studio strobes and window light for this session and came up with so many different types of playful and fun images. The ladies brought a variety of clothing for us to choose from to match the set .

Liz Mills, my favorite hairstylist, came out and did hair and makeup for the session. Some of the photographs that I am most excited about are simple, intimate portraits that posses narrative qualities.

We recommend doing these sessions in pairs… in fact, we have special pricing set up for ladies who schedule a shoot together. Our boudoir sessions include both Faith and Jessica working together as photographers. We offer a hairstylist, but you can opt out if you would rather do your own. Our Perfect Pair Packages also include a special 5×7 Black Book, great for your special man or just to keep for yourself!
